Is it possible to make amendments to the translated text after payment of the validation fee?

Yes. It is possible to submit an amended text throughout the whole term of the patent, for example, due to a patent limitation. However, please note that a basic official fee of NOK 1100 for the first 14 pages and an additional official fee of NOK 250 for each succeeding page must be paid each time an amended text is submitted. Our Agent fee will come in addition.
