Amendments

We assist you in recording all types of amendments, such as transferral of rights, name changes and address changes, in the PTO for pending applications and patents. Recordal of changes is not legally required in Norway, but it is advisable in order to avoid ownership disputes.

If an amendment in a PCT application has been registered in WIPO, it is not necessary to file a copy of the PCT/IB/306 form with the Norwegian PTO in order to effect these amendments in Norway, but we appreciate receiving a copy of the form for our files.
