Filing the application with the Norwegian Patent Office

The actual filing with the Norwegian Patent Office is done in person by one of our staff members. This ensures that no application goes missing in the mail, or through the use of external messengers. We usually file the application electronically.

An urgent filing that arrives after the Norwegian Patent Office has closed (at 2:30 pm GMT, and at 2:00 pm GMT during the summer season), can be delivered by telefax until 00:00 GMT.
