Amendments & assignments

We will assist you in the recording of all types of amendments, such as transferral of rights, name changes and address changes, in the PTO for pending applications and registered designs. Recordal of changes is not legally required in Norway, but is advisable in order to avoid ownership disputes. In such cases, a Power of Attorney is required.
