A Nordic Patent Institute has been established

A new Nordic Patent Institute, NPI,  will be operational as of January 1, 2008. The Institute is a cooperation between the patent authorities of Denmark, Iceland, and Norway. NPI, which will act as a PCT Authority, has been established to "maintain  and enhance the patent competence and services of the national patent offices in the NPI member states."
